I'm having a deep and passionate love affair with my Polaroid Spectra.  I try not to be biased against my cameras,espically my Polaroids, but so far the spectra is the easiest and least fickle of the group. 

Below we have a succulent I discovered while walking up Dolores St, a view of Corana Heights Park, and a lonely piece of wood found on office beach.

Fun with Film Vol 6: Polaroids

Recently I went on a crazy camera purchasing binge.  I am now the proud owner of three different Polaroid cameras, a Holga 120N, and a Yashica Mat-124.  Below are some of my first polaroids, the first two taken with my Polaroid 660 the last two with my Spectra.  If you would like to see more check out my tumblr The Barbary Coast.  Hope everyone has had a wonderful weekend!!

Wouldn't it be lovely if we could all stop what we are doing, leave our responsibilities at the door, and head out and enjoy our day?  This week has been a trying one and I'm grateful for the three day weekend ahead.  Below photos are taken at Dillion Beach with my Diana Mini.

A weekend at home

Photos from my first roll of film using my Canon AE-1.  Switching back to an SLR after years of using an DSLR has been a  bit of a challenge (I tend to be a little trigger happy with the shutter button).  I'm sure I'll be a pro after a few more rolls.

There is the tiniest diner around the corner from my home.  As you can see it claims to have AWESOME hot cakes.  I think I need to make my way there as soon as possible to see if this is true or not... Picture taken with my Fuji Instax 210
