Life lately=Spending lots of time with my noise in a book(s), walking around Golden Gate Park, drinking too much coffee, staying up late, rearranging my room, and listening to the song the above.  All in all life is good.

What a Night

A week ago I was fortunate enough to see Broken Social Scene play at the Fillmore.  Little did I know when I bought the tickets that I would be in for three hours of high energy non-stop music.  The last picture is of Issac Brock, lead singer of Modest Mouse, who preformed a few songs throughout the show. What a night!

A Festival Break Down

A few weeks ago Brandon and I went to Outside Lands, a three day music festival held in Golden Gate Park, which is located  in the heart of San Francisco.  The lineup was amazing and my favorite shows included:  Phantogram, The Joy Formidable, Erykah Badu (amazing), The Black Keys, Strfkr, The Roots (2nd best show), Josh Ritter, Beirut, Major Lazer, Little Dragon, Tune-Yards, Wye Oak, Grouplove, and Arcade Fire (fan f**ing tastic).   I couldn't have asked for a better better weekend.
