My gammy is from Iowa. Once when I was 10ish we all went back for a family reunion - I was very happy to get back home. ;)I do appreciate the slower pace of life out there.
Looks hot, but I LOVE how green it is! Wonderful photos... ♥
oh wow. such great & green photos. wow. 41 family members.
The land of corn! This week I will be visiting Vegas (where I lived for 5 years) and fully expect to have my face melted off after being in SF this long!
The most vast land I've been to is Utah. I'm not used to seeing such emptiness. It was lovely, but like you, I missed my home!
a lot of traveling but worth it to be with the fam. :). welcome home! hope you're having a great weekend!j.
HOLY MOLY! that is a LOT of traveling! you must love your family! your pics are fab, but i bet it is glad to be home in the pretty city!
I missed reading your blog Ms. B! I think you and I trekked the entire U.S. around the same time! And you weren't kidding...those scenes look a lot like my Mish trip:)
I've never been to Iowa, but it looks amazing, rolling green hills!
Wow, your posts are super inspiring! They're all making me want to get off this couch and go take some photos! I'm curious about the cameras in your collection. I have a few, too. My favourite is still my medium format holga, but I have a couple of others that I love, too. Film rules.
Comments make me oh so happy :)
